Over the years, I have found the Koinonea fellowship of Acts 2:42 to be the most desirous of all ministry. Nothing awakens our spiritual senses to the matters of the Lord’s heart more quickly, even from being quickened like Lightening. We make this discovery first within ourselves, then again among those who are also gathered together for these shared purposes. 'God with us’, in relationship with those who walk similar paths bring the quickening through this body.

Matt 18:20 speaks that where two or three are gathered in my name, there I AM in their midst. There are no words that can fully describe ‘Christ manifest with us’, or even ‘God with us’. Not until we reach the summit point of what God wants to reveal to us from his higher perspectives.

Before our feet can ever touch down on this spiritual soil, our eyes become fixed on the cause that we begin walking towards. I have never experienced ‘being sent’ without a cause, as in a promise to walk towards, or through a means of serving. We cultivate the actions that build toward this into the Garden of our daily lives. What we walk towards often sets our course through intercession.

Somewhere in our future, and in the future of the church, there are needs arising in the world around us. The cause, and causes that we begin walking forward in is purposed to fill the needs that the earth is groaning for. What we learn from scripture causes us to become established in its precepts, as well as the divine order of the Kingdom of God. Once we begin passing the signs of the times that alert us to the needs of what we carry, we also begin seeing that what we carry is coming to fruition. As it does, the seed of what we carry becomes planted according to God’s divine design to become provision in the appointed times that God created the work for.

Cause: a person or thing that gives rise to an action, phenomenon, or condition. A principle, aim, or movement that, because of a deep commitment, one is prepared to defend or advocate.

In New Testament scripture, the word cause is spoken of in the context of purpose. It is also spoken of in the context of finding fault, or spoken of through an accusation. As we ascend the hill, and even the Mount, we seek to be joined to what will lead us forward in the ways of Christ; both as individuals, as well as corporate bodies.
