When Christ Makes His Appearance

Some paths that we forge are for the specific purpose of gathering a corporate body that the Holy Spirit will overshadow. This overshadowing leads us further towards how we become led to engage and embody what the Holy Spirit is demonstrating in our midst. We first see and experience the move of the Holy Spirit from a generational order. Then, in how the foundations of the apostles and prophets become formed to undergird what Ecclesia is to be further established on. Then again, to what embodies a Priesthood Order within their different administrations of service. From the most basic, to the most expansive, we can still see the balance that symmetry brings to how God creates from His original order and design.
What the Holy Spirit imprints onto our spirit marks blueprint design that marks boundaries. These boundaries also mark what we abide in as carriers of God’s presence - even as His dwelling place! These boundaries will mark what we build from, as well as what lies in ruin that need to be raised.
This imprinting also serves to form a lens of seeing within our spirit. Such imprinting empowers and equips us to discern the Kairos moments that the Holy Spirit is leading us towards. These Kairos times further point to our being assembled in what will expand us towards manifesting diverse expressions of Christ in the earth.
From Matt 18:20, the “two or three gathered” eventually builds us up in the culmination of a corporate body of ministry that represents multiple orders/dimensions of God’s Kingdom. Once we begin moving towards being assembled in an arrangement that demonstrates divine order more fully, we find that much of the later part extends through a Priesthood Order. Here, our assembly becomes more clearly marked as a move of God in the earth.
The glory of God already covers the earth. How we become equipped to discern, partake of, and participate in how God is moving is vitally essential in how we are to serve our cities and nations in these times. How we co-labor with God and people is for the purpose of bringing forth what births Christ in the earth. Christ is still the Son that the Father responds quickly to. He also forms the Corporate Son who brings many sons to glory! Therefore, it is of utmost importance to discern and recognize why and how the Holy Spirit is moving to manifest himself. He comes in power and in demonstration within progressive orders of ministry.
We become sealed in God's Promise/Word towards fulfilling the greater purposes that God is preparing us to be sent us in. We may or may not understand fully what the word or promise is until we become more established upon the order of God in various formations. From the most basic generational order, to what becomes greatly expanded, the imprinting that we receive of the Holy Spirit further witnesses with what scripture speaks of as being sealed in the Holy Spirit.
Sealed in the Spirit
All ministry, in all of its intricate parts, becomes a lens of seeing. Anointing sees anointing, gifts see gifts; order sees order, administrations see administrations, all while Creation sees design! The Son must be seen in all. The Holy Spirit must be present to bring the inner witness needed to raise sons to glory!
Let us begin with what scripture speaks of the Holy Spirit in the promise, who is Christ! A word received from God to be fulfilled demonstrates how the original Word grows and multiplies. From the path that we’re led to follow, we come to better understand the deposit that the Holy Spirit placed in us - or sealed us in! Some translations of 2 Cor 1:22 read pledge, while others translate this as security deposit, or down payment. The Greek word for pledge, as spoken of in 2 Cor 1:22 (below) is arrabōn. Arrabōn, as spoken of below as a pledge, means “given as a pledge or down payment that the full amount will subsequently be paid”. The Holy Spirit seals us with himself as our “down payment” towards fulfilling what Christ brings to fruition from what we’re carrying. The Holy Spirit seals each of us in this manner, according to what is written in scripture. He seals us as we yield to him for the purposes that we’re being sent in. From anointing, to gifts; from gifts to the administrations.
Finally, to walk with God in the cool of the Day where we learn to govern our Day. In doing so, we begin to hear the sound of God walking! The Hebrew word for “sound” is qol and can also be translated as “voice”. Imagine for a moment what it is to hear the sound of God’s voice in the gentle breeze blowing upon His Garden, while also hearing how what is planted in the Garden responds to His breath/wind!
2Co 1:20
For as many as the promises of God are, in Him they are yes; therefore through Him also is our Amen to the glory of God through us.
2Co 1:21
Now He who establishes us with you in Christ and anointed us is God,
2Co 1:22
who also sealed us and gave us the Spirit in our hearts as a pledge.
In the fullness of times, Christ comes!
To Come; Make Manifest:
In Vine’s Expository Dictionary, the Greek word most closely associated with the idea of “to come, or to make manifest” is:
φανερόω (phaneroō)
Vine’s defines this along the lines of:
to make known by teaching
to make visible
to make clear
to reveal
to manifest openly
It refers to something becoming evident so that it can be clearly seen or known.
There are those of us who have been restrained from speaking prophetically of what marks the “signs of the times”. We have co-labored with others to walk out ministry that God has purposed to rise in the Kairos, opportune times. With Christ as our storyline, he brings forth the Kairos times with needed provision for our current times.
From the paths that God is preparing the church for in the days ahead, I have found it very needful and beneficial to continually draw from the precepts spoken of through the three persons of 1 John: children, young men, and fathers/Elders.
While we cross finish some finish lines as Elders, we often take our next steps on new paths in a childlikeness that does not resemble childishness. An understanding of God’s progressive order equips us in how to order our days in our going forth. In doing so, we adjust our walk to bear up the weight of what God places on us from how we find our place in the yoke of Christ, which is light. From faith to faith, and from glory to glory, we govern our lives from what our feet tread upon. We rise in revelation of a thing, while moving into understanding. From understanding, we release wise counsel to those we’re sent to. Elders, who have known the Father from the beginning, to abide in Him, become marked (sealed) as those who are prepared to lead in the full counsel of God.
1Jo 2:13
I write unto you, fathers, because ye have known him that is from the beginning. I write unto you, young men, because ye have overcome the wicked one. I write unto you, little children, because ye have known the Father.
1Jo 2:14
I have written unto you, fathers, because ye have known him that is from the beginning. I have written unto you, young men, because ye are strong, and the word of God abideth in you, and ye have overcome the wicked one.
1Jo 2:28
Now, little children, remain in Him, so that when He appears (phaneroō), we may have confidence and not draw back from Him in shame at His coming (parousia = presence).
Phaneroō (to appear) refers to something becoming evident so that it can be clearly seen or known. We can continue to be strengthened and enlightened from the Lifeflow of God’s written word; even from how the Word made flesh makes His appearance in us as Living Epistles. The Word of God is true! The Holy Spirit will move heaven and earth to demonstrate God’s Word in all that we’re established in. Even as the days ahead are peppered with darkness, God still speaks Light to dispel the darkness. In as much as there are natural, chronos times, God has placed needed provision in the Kairos, prophetic times that serve to raise us to glory where we then steward God’s Kingdom on earth.
To witness and experience the Lord’s appearance is to become captivated in awe of God. He also causes us to meditate on how He manifests Himself continually to know God’s heart so that we may respond!
