Cindy’s call to ministry began more than 25 years ago through serving in the local church and gathering with church leaders and Elders for prayer, fellowship, and spiritual counsel. Throughout her journey, she has embraced the diversity of the fivefold ministry gifts described in Ephesians 4:11, recognizing their essential role in equipping, strengthening, and bringing maturity to the Body of Christ.

A central focus of Cindy’s ministry has been the formation and strengthening of Eldership teams, both within local congregations and across the greater Church. Through relationships among non-denominational and interdenominational leaders, a broader corporate expression of Titus 1:5 Eldership and the Church of the City has continued to emerge.

​

These gatherings bring together leaders serving within local churches and marketplace spheres, recognizing that each carries unique gifts, wisdom, and responsibilities that contribute to the greater purposes of God.

 

Revealing the Church to Itself

​

Over the years, God has moved powerfully through the unity of diverse gifts and ministries, progressively revealing the Church to itself. As relationships deepen, individuals and ministries discover their placement within the greater Body of Christ, forming a more unified and synergistic expression of the Ecclesia.

​

Central to this vision is the biblical understanding of the Melchizedek Priesthood Order, with Jesus Christ as our eternal High Priest. Through Christ-centered ministry, the Body is strengthened to function together in spiritual maturity, shared counsel, and Kingdom service.

​

Around the table of fellowship, the Spirit of the Lord brings liberty, wisdom, and revelation, allowing each member to contribute according to the grace entrusted to them.

 

Ministry Expressions:

​

Global Network of Disciples serves as a discipleship-centered ministry, equipping and sending individuals into their respective callings and spheres of service.

​

The Grid provides a framework for connecting and developing individuals, gifts, and ministries across the Church and marketplace. Together, these expressions encourage the strengthening of apostolic and prophetic foundations (Ephesians 2:20) and the ongoing formation of Titus 1:5 Eldership and the Church of the City.

Ministry Journey

Cindy pioneered and cultivated much of this ministry throughout more than 20 years in the greater Atlanta, Georgia, area. Following her relocation to Des Moines, Iowa, she continues building Kingdom relationships and encouraging the corporate expression of the Body of Christ.

​

She currently attends The Base Iowa, a non-denominational Kingdom Building Center in Des Moines, established under the leadership of Apostle Dr. Greg Crawford and Pastor Julie Crawford. Learn more at www.thebaseiowa.org.
