Timestamps

I woke this morning with an impression of what appeared as a Timestamp within a specific landscape within a well-tended Garden. As I meditated on this in my mind, I began recalling a vision that I was given more than twenty-five years ago of a young man. In the vision, I was strongly impressed that this young man was an evangelist of a different era of time. I could discern that he would redefine what we have known of evangelism beyond saving the individual souls of mankind. Even so, not to remove the understanding we already have of what salvation brings to our souls.
From the appearance of this young man in this vision, I also discerned him as what we know as “an average Joe”. Just a regular guy. In the vision, he was holding an envelope in his hand with a postage stamp on it. The envelope showed a forwarding address, as well as a return address. More importantly, the envelope held a letter that was of great significance to the Times that it was being sent to.
As the Holy Spirit continued to lead me in my morning meditations, I ended up reading Daniel 4:13 where Daniel was looking in the visions in his mind and saw an angelic watcher descend from heaven.
Dan 4:13
‘I was looking in the visions in my mind as I lay on my bed, and behold, an angelic H5894 watcher H5894, a holy one, descended from heaven.
I began recalling the many times, where, in my waking hour, I became increasingly aware of the Lord’s ascension and the awakening that he leads us in as we rise and ascend. In the vision that I’ve had of this young man/evangelist from many years ago, I have often recalled the memory of this vision from what seemed to be stored away as a “cloud”. In my mind, I have always recalled the cloud from the knowledge of an ever-present mist, knowing that the cloud would release its rain in the appointed times. When it did, the earth would bring forth what God intended. In the IT field, what we know as “the cloud” refers to remote servers, data centers, and services accessed over the internet rather

than on a local device’s hard drive. It allows users to store data, run applications, and utilize computing power (like AI or databases) on-demand.
At the time that I received this vision of the young man, my spirit was discerning what I could not wrap my mind around. For many years, I have been most curious about the letter within that envelope. In those days, I had spent many years working in computer operations within company mainframes. It wasn’t until around 2008 that I began working for a company that used cloud technology. To function outside of hard drives and mainframes completely shifts our mindsets. Our sending brings processes that are fueled from greater purpose.
The Homeland
What is known as our “first language” can be closely identified with what we know from our Homeland. Our language and thought patterns flow freely in relationship with our Homeland and all that we know of its culture. What frames our faith in one season often serves to become foundation to us in the next season. When you know how to abide upon the precepts of faith as foundation, you no longer need the structure that previously framed your life.
Even as I mention the vision that I was given of the young man from more than twenty years ago, I should also mention the overshadowing of the spirit life of Koinonea-based relationship. Both to God, as well as to people in relationship with God. From then to now, I have held fast to the Koinonea-based ministry and relationships, spoken of in Acts 2:42. This has held my mind and all of its associations in place with my Homeland, which is the Kingdom of God. This, of course, relates with what is spoken of in respect to the watcher angel that is mentioned in Daniel 4:13.
Over the years, I have often made note of some of the conversations that took place around me with respect to “the Watchers”, whose origin is in demonic realms. These demonic realms speak from what is known as the Nephilim in Genesis 6:4.
The fallen angels that are spoken of in the New Testament refer to spiritual beings who rebelled against God under the leadership of Satan (or Lucifer) and were expelled from heaven. These are also identified as demons or "unclean spirits".
As sons of God, we want to be certain that our feet are truly planted in the Homeland of God’s Kingdom. The unclean spirits mentioned in the New Testament, much like the Nephilim, are known for corrupting humanity.
Unclean Spirits
We should never need, or rely upon the aid of demonic realms to call up demons that are present from Babylonian, or iniquitous structures. Rather, as sons of God, we should be empowered to call the sons of God upward into The Son - in the name of Jesus! As those who can discern the times of building, we can also discern God’s arrangements and order of building from the trajectory of our Kingdom growth in Christ.
Unstable Times
The presence of chaotic times will often alert us to our need for spiritual discernment as well as an awareness that is needed with respect to the events that are to follow. Of these times, we can also discern when our cities and nations are set before Gates and Gateways where God’s counsel, wisdom, and strategies are released to us. An awareness of the path that is to follow, as well as the strategies that God will release, is still reliant upon what scripture speaks of as “The Way. From the mention of the Nephilim, demons, and unclean spirits, we know the danger of the presence of mixture can result in deception that leads to greater deception.
The Way:
Jesus spoke of the Way, the Truth, and the Life…
Mat 7:14
“For the gate is narrow and the way (G3598 -hodos) is constricted that leads to life, and there are few who find it.
We also find the Greek word, hodos, also used in Matt 3:3.
Mat 3:3
For this is the one referred to by Isaiah the prophet when he said,
“THE VOICE OF ONE CALLING OUT IN THE WILDERNESS,
‘PREPARE THE WAY G3598 OF THE LORD,
MAKE HIS PATHS STRAIGHT!’”
We must be discerning of the times that manifest crooked places, or broken paths. What is written in scripture still speaks to this day, “prepare the way, make his path straight”. Once we hear the noise of chaos and confusion, we begin to listen for the sound that carries the breath of God. All while being mindful of the spiritual soil that our feet are planted in.
The Restored Path of Eden
From the days of receiving the vision of the young evangelist, God spoke to me from within a mind whose thoughts could process applications through technology. Even before I was able to interpret the cloud fully beyond mainframes, I could still discern the cloud. I knew the rain that the cloud released would cause me to reign in Christ!
God created us in such a way to see Him regardless of what frames us. A few inches of still waters can reflect miles of depth and height of billowing clouds that gather far above the earth. So it is with us! In times where we may face uncertainty, we can be certain that God will meet us from our place of Rest in Him! We should be mindful that “the Way” speaks of individual paths that relate specific to our lifestyles. Our paths also connect us to a course that relates to the more corporate Church body. We should circumspectly consider that we are before God’s Throne at all times. We do not want to become as clouds that are without rain, which are carried about by the winds, as spoken of in Jude. When we remain alert to watch “our mark”, we will likewise keep watch with respect to the Watcher angel that descends at the right times, even from where we are surrounded by Babylon itself! (Dan 4:13) Even though Daniel lived in a culture that greatly constricted spiritual growth, he kept his mind, prayers and will, stayed on God as the source of his faith.
