One of the prophetic meanings of the number 4 speaks of a door. When we see or discern Kairos, appointed times, we can liken these times to the open door that is spoken of in Revelation, “come up here, and I will show you what must come after this….”

Rev. 4:1 - After these things I looked, and behold, a door standing open in heaven, and the first voice which I had heard, like the sound of a trumpet speaking with me, said, “Come up here, and I will show you what must take place after these things.”

The number four also appears symbolically in the context of scripture in relation to Creation, completeness, and divine order.

From creation and stability, we see the number four associated with:

1. The four corners of the earth. (North, South, East, and West).

2. The four winds of heaven representing God’s control over nature according to His plan and design.

3. The Four Gospels

4. The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse in Revelation that represent divine judgement.

Building from the Foundations.

Where we have pioneered apostolic ministry (of the Apostles) in relationship with what is represented in scripture, we have seen and experienced the Holy Spirit’s movements in the earth to close breaches. We have also seen the different elements of God’s divine order become manifest to close gaping wounds of the earth. When we heal the earth, from what people inhabit, people also become healed where they learn from heaven (God’s Kingdom) in how to occupy until Christ comes. Whether through two or three, as what is spoken of in Matt. 18:20, or through multitudes that become part of those who will manifest God’s glory in the earth.

Where people fellowship with God to host His presence and carry His glory as Light and Image Bearers, those who sit in darkness are quickened to see and hear through a more corporate expression of Christ in the earth. Those who sit in darkness are compelled to come into the Light. This work of God’s Kingdom has been activated and is now active; yet, far from complete.

As those who have walked out divine order in the knowledge of God’s sovereignty, the same lead people according to what is spoken of in Revelation 21. The new heaven and new earth also speaks of the absence of the sea.

Eph. 4:12 speaks of the equipping of the saints to do the works of the ministry, for the building up of the body of Christ. The 14th verse speaks of no longer being children who are tossed by waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, the trickery of people, and craftiness in deceitful scheming.

As we attend to what we were originally called to do, heaven will continue to kiss the earth with its dew in each new day. As we each work from our various fields of service, we must remain watchful of the fault lines that can appear in the earth from time to time. Discipleship that lays foundation that people can build their lives on is the first part of raising a people in their stature in Christ as one corporate man in the earth.

…….until we all attain to the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a mature man, to the measure of the stature which belongs to the fullness of Christ.
