Discipling Disciples, Part 1

Have you ever noticed how what builds our faith from Christ, as well as scripture, often parallels some part of design in God’s overall creation?
What we perceive from, we act upon. What we act upon builds mindsets that are often formed through our perspectives. Consider the diamond where the facets that are cut into the stone bring many perspectives through color variations. The diamond can be likened to the overall character formation of Ecclesia in respect to the Church.
In a recent prayer call, the shape of the diamond, as well as the facets that were cut in the diamond, became part of conversation that pointed to what the diamond pattern symbolized. When different perspectives are shared with our members, the Holy Spirit honors us with His presence. He brings things to light that we can engage and participate in, which lead to the continuity of what will increase us. We know the basics of ministry formation. What brings transparency among our members, from what we each experience personally, to what we share together as a ministry body reveals the knitting of hearts together. Where hearts are shared, the knitting process begins!
Diversity that brings greater perspective:
Some are given linear perspectives, much like a mathematical system that represents three-dimensional objects and space on a two-dimensional surface. From the two-dimensional surface, where vertical and horizontal lines intersect, we’re given perspective of what exceeds what our mind perceives beyond the perspective of self. What brings sight and perception to a three-fold generational cord, likewise reveals depth from the frequency of sound that is formed through three notes of a chord. Sound is Light, and so is color! When we can see from three dimensions, we know how to WATCH from earth, sky, as well as the Kingdom of heaven and of God. These depths are always unfolding for us to discover from the disciple’s path.
Personally, I have become active in depths of Kingdom ministry from what was first revealed through simply standing on Matt 18:20 as a precept. “Where two or three are gathered, there I AM in their midst.” The Holy Spirit loves to bring us upward to give greater depth and continuity to what we already know and hold as truth and life in respect to the Word of God.
Some are given ariel perspectives. When aerial perspective is used as a technique of rendering depth or distance in a painting, it modifies the tone or hue of an object through color. Much like how color is seen as the light within the facets of the diamond. It also brings clarity to the distinctness of how objects are perceived, even in what marks their trajectory of growth.
I recently saw the shape of a diamond in the circular formation of a flight pattern of birds. When I researched this, I learned that this formation creates heat in cold climates and also served as protection from predators. Among those I shared this with, it was mentioned that they sought a frequency that was heard from this pattern. Amazingly, we also discover the same kinds of attributes in team based ministry.
Of the artists canvas, consider that most artists are painting something of God’s creation and design. We can often draw from the spiritual clarity that their paintings illuminate where the Holy Spirit inhabits this with us. This is especially so from those who are prophetically gifted to capture the essence of God in His handiwork.
Doing what we see the Father doing is discoverable in many ways. First and foremost, He wants us to know Him from depths that He knows us from! To know God from His deep comes out of knowing Him from ours. Without intimacy with God that opens us to see what He sees, from His perspectives, we're left to speculate as spectators what our hearts have yet to connect with.
